The rates below represent the performance fee for a standard 3-hour set (including one 15-minute break). The final quote is a tailored collaboration based on your specific event needs. Factors influencing the final price are detailed in the Logistical Variables section.

TIER 3: THE GRAND PERFORMANCE

Best suited for: Full-size corporate conferences, international brand launches, high-profile festivals, and luxury weddings demanding a "wow" factor.

• Base Performance Fee Range:

  KSh 80,000 – KSh 130,000

• The Vibe: A powerful, high-energy stage presence. This is a full-scale musical experience designed to be the focal point of your entertainment, commanding attention and filling large spaces with a premium sound.

• Typical Lineup: Sextet or Full Ensemble (featuring multiple horns, vocals, and a rhythm section).

LOGISTICAL VARIABLES

The factors below are assessed on a case-by-case basis and will adjust the final quote within the ranges above or, in some cases, beyond the standard range.

1. SOUND REINFORCEMENT (PA System)

• Included: We provide a PA suitable for the band's monitoring and light room fill.

• Variable Impact: If the venue holds more than 100 guests or requires high-fidelity, multi-speaker coverage (line arrays, subs for dance floors), we may need to engage a third-party sound engineer and larger PA, which adds to the cost.

2. LOCATION & TRAVEL

• Local (Within [City Name]): Travel is generally included or a nominal fee applies.

• Variable Impact: Events outside a 30km radius of [City Center] require a travel stipend to cover fuel and driver time. For remote or upcountry destinations, accommodation and per diems for the band members may be required.

3. ACCOMMODATION & SCHEDULING

• Standard: Events ending by 11:00 PM within the local area.

• Variable Impact:

  • Overnight Stays: Required if the drive exceeds 3 hours or the event ends late.

  • Performance Length: Additional hours beyond the standard 3-hour block are billed at a pro-rated hourly rate (usually 25% of the base fee per hour).

  • Load-In Challenges: Venues with difficult access (stairs, long walks from parking) may require additional setup time or crew, impacting the final logistics fee.
